Being harassed?
Look for the gold stars.
Safe Sites are places where you can go if you’re being harassed and you need somewhere to feel safe for a short while and get resources. Safe Sites are easy to identify by the gold stars on the Safe Streets AZ Google Map.
Getting help at a Safe Site
– Let a staff member know that you are being
harassed, or are worried about your safety
– Stay at the SAFE SITE location for 15-30
minutes, or until you feel safe to leave
– Get support: staff at SAFE SITES will give you the Safe Streets AZ
card and Crisis Line numbers
*If you are in danger or it is an emergency, call 911
or ask staff at a SAFE SITE to call 911 on your behalf*
Check the map often for up-to-date SAFE SITE locations
Safe Sites are local businesses and organizations that have committed to making our community safer. If you are being harassed or followed and feel unsafe you can go to a nearby Safe Site, let the staff know that you are being harassed, and receive help.
Staff at Safe Site locations are not employed by the Southern Arizona Center Against Sexual Assault or it’s affiliates, and will provide resources and support to the best of their ability within their scope of work. For crisis services and on-going support, call:

After I initially left a comment I appear to have clicked the
-Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now
each time a comment is added I recieve four emails with the exact same comment.
Is there a way you are able to remove me from that service?
Thanks a lot!
